The CSU Student Success Network invites cross-functional teams of faculty, staff, students, and administrators from each campus to apply for the 2020-21 Middle Leadership Academy. We are very sensitive to the campus challenges teams may face this “season," but trust that a combination of your creativity and our flexibility will provide for a rewarding experience.
This year's theme continues to be a focus on educational equity but will add "within the context of COVID-19" as an overlay to that focus.
Campus teams are encouraged to conceptualize innovative strategies to enhance student success, especially for traditionally underserved students.
Interested teams must submit a "Letter of Interest" that is a short description of the proposed project. The letter could be a few sentences, no longer than a paragraph, but will provide a general project description so that the connection to the theme is evident. If there is a list of team members (4-6 people, with diverse roles including faculty, staff, students and administrators), please include that information. This information will be required if you are invited to apply. Each campus may only send one team.
Please submit a Letter of Interest as soon as possible. Upon receipt you will receive a reply within 5 days and qualified teams will receive an invitation to complete a short but formal application.

Please submit a Letter of Interest as soon as possible. Upon receipt you will receive a reply within 5 days and qualified teams will receive an invitation to complete a short but formal application that is due August 4, 2020.
